A facility expansion or relocation can be complicated and stressful, including for
those in your company who launch the planning process. Also, the effort represents
a significant financial and logistical commitment. When done effectively it will result in
opportunities for future growth, lower costs, productivity gains, and a higher ROI.

Joe Vranich works with relocation experts to find the best location, negotiate applicable incentives, save time, and facilitate construction and development to meet your unique requirements. Capabilities extend to all industries in all 50 states and also internationally.

Confidential Negotiations

Contact is made with state and local economic development officials through Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals (the identity of the company is not revealed), and locations that meet the required parameters are identified.

When it's clear which sites are preferred, the process of incentives qualification and negotiation begins. Ultimately, two or three sites will be presented to the client along with incentives packages. Only late in the process is the company’s identity revealed to the agency on a need-to-know basis, and even then agencies are accustomed to signing non-disclosure agreements.

What Sets Us Apart

We are un-biased. Unlike other providers, we offer a completely independent approach. Joe does not represent any economic development agencies, only companies. He and his partners do not own or control any real estate holdings. Hence, the team conducts site searches without a conflict of interest or bias toward any state, county, municipality, site or building.

The team includes experts from the ranks of economic development agencies who have crafted economic incentive programs and understand grants, loans, tax forgiveness, and other financing available for development projects.
